Maintenance Technician
Job Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our restaurant facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Filter oil fryers daily to maintain cleanliness and extend their lifespan.
- Clean equipment, including ovens, grills, and dishwashers, as well as interior and exterior windows, stock rooms, and restrooms.
- Unload delivery trucks two times a week, ensuring prompt receipt of inventory.
- Take out and empty the trash compactor regularly to prevent unpleasant odors and pest infestations.
- Replace light bulbs and clean HVAC/exhaust units and remove debris from the roof to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
Requirements
