As a Lobby GEL at McDonald's, you play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an excellent dining experience! You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the lobby, restrooms, and other customer areas while providing friendly and welcoming interactions with guests. Your attention to detail and commitment to customer service will help create a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment for all.
Key Responsibilities:
- Keep the lobby, dining area, and restrooms clean, stocked, and well-maintained.
- Regularly wipe down tables, chairs, counters, trash stations, and other surfaces.
- Sweep and mop floors to maintain a tidy and safe environment.
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms and restock supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc.).
- Empty and replace trash bags as needed.
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
