Some experience needed. HVAC, refrigerant, electrical and related experience and certifications a plus.Job duties performed would include:· Small commercial kitchen equipment maintenance and repair, (grills, toasters, steamers, coolers, freezers, ovens, microwaves, coffee makers, ice cream machines, etc.)· Perform routine preventative maintenance on all equipment to reduce or eliminate down time for equipment· HVAC routine maintenance and repair· Troubleshooting on equipment repairs to keep most repairs in-house· General upkeep of the buildings and infrastructure· Can perform minor and major repairs including cosmetic (painting, tiling, etc) of the facilities· Become certified as expert on McDonald’s commercial equipment.
