Location: MASS TPKE / I-90 WEST (SERVICE PLAZA), BLANDFORD, MA, 01008 MCDONALD’SMAINTENANCE TECHNICIANA McDonald'sMaintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the proper functioning andmaintenance of equipment and facilities within McDonald's restaurants. Thisincludes troubleshooting and repairing kitchen equipment, HVAC systems,refrigeration units, and other mechanical systems. They perform routineinspections, conduct preventative maintenance, and respond to maintenancerequests. Additionally, they may collaborate with other team members, manageinventory of spare parts, and adhere to safety protocols. The role requirestechnical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to maintaining asafe and efficient working environment.Candidates must have avalid driver’s license and own vehicle and must be willing to travel, as wellas being authorized to work in the United States. Candidates must have open and on-callavailability, including on nights and weekends.The ideal candidate willhave experience maintaining and repairing McDonald’s equipment, including (butnot limited to):- Taylor and Garland Grills (must be certified)- Frymaster, Pitco and Henny Penny fryers- Taylor and Franke espresso, Blended Icemachines, and soft serve machines- HVAC, cooler and refrigerator unitsSalary: $80k-100k Annually for QualifiedCandidatesBenefits include:- Health insurance- PTO/Vacation after one year- Sick pay (in accordance with state and federal law)
