Job Title: McDonald's Supervisor

As a McDonald's Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a positive, vibrant, and people-focused environment within the restaurant. Your mission will be to lead, inspire, and support the team in delivering exceptional customer experiences while aligning with McDonald's commitment to bringing joy and happiness to everyone we lead and serve every day. You will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, guide a diverse team, and ensure that our values of quality, service, cleanliness, and hospitality are consistently upheld. Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership and People Development:
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of crew members, ensuring they are motivated, well-trained, and equipped to deliver exceptional service.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to staff to encourage personal and professional growth, fostering a culture of teamwork and respect.

  • Customer-Focused Service:
  • Ensure that every guest receives high-quality service with a friendly and positive attitude, creating a warm and welcoming environment.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Regularly check in with customers to make sure their needs are met, ensuring the restaurant is a place where people feel valued and cared for.
  • Operational Excellence:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Uphold McDonald's standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety in every aspect of the operation.
  • Work with the management team to meet and exceed performance targets, including sales, labor costs, and customer service.
  • Creating a Positive Environment:

Education:

· Completion of McDonald’s training or leadership development programs is highly beneficial.

Physical Requirements:

  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
