Opening crew members typically start the day at 4 am.
How do Crew Members play a key role in the restaurant?
- Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
- Help customers order their favorite McDonald's breakfast
- Prepare all of McDonald’s World Famous food
- Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun
- Setting up the restaurant and ensuring we are ready to go for the day
