We are seeking a highly motivated and friendly individual to join our team as a Crew Member at McDonald's.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a warm welcome and take accurate food orders in a fast-paced environment.
- Prepare all of McDonald's World Famous food to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet target goals during your shift, including sales and customer satisfaction targets.
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment, ensuring all items are well-stocked and equipment is functioning properly.
Requirements:
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
Benefits:
