Operations Manager
This leadership role plays a critical part in ensuring the success of our restaurant. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, including food production, guest service, and crew management.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Key Performance Indicators:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including food production, guest service, and crew management
Leadership and Management:
- Proactively lead and manage People processes, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, staffing, performance management, training, and coaching
Quality and Safety:
- Ensure food safety measures meet McDonald's standards and maintain a safe and healthy work environment
Results-Driven:
- Oversee operational needs of the restaurant, ensuring maintenance plans meet and exceed standards
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A High School Diploma or GED preferred
- 1 years of experience leading, motivating, and/or developing others, or US Military Service
- A commitment to excellence and safety in the workplace
- Strong customer service and support focus
- The ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs
- Problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment
