Make your move.Requirements:The Restaurant Leader is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and for making sure therestaurant meets McDonald's critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. These standards are high, so this is a big job! The Restaurant Leader works with his/her leadership team to set the restaurant's goals and creates a plan to achieve the goals. To meet restaurant goals, the Restaurant Leader does not work alone. He or she leads an Assistant Restaurant Leader (dependent on volume), and a team of Department Leaders that have specific responsibilities in the restaurant. This means helping the Department Leaders to set and align goals, following up on their progress, and providing coaching and direction to improve their Departments. By improving the Departments, the restaurant improves! The Restaurant Leader will be responsible for strategic leadership that supports operational excellence and continued growth within the restaurant. Additionally, some requirements include:Candidate must have at least 3 years experience as a General Manager in a hospitality setting, either restaurant, retail, hotel/ hospitality. Must be able to understand, analyze, and act on a Profit and Loss (PnL) Statement. Must be able to execute labor controls, and coach their leadership team on labor controls.Must be able to create action plans, delegate among leadership team, and follow up to ensure completion of task.Must be able to manage succession plans for all leaders on the team and have one on ones to develop internal talent. Must be able to maintain an environment conducive to a fun, productive, and compliant workplace that focuses on our People! · Manage an environment conducive to a safe workplace and be a compliance champion as it relates to brand standards, food safety, and workplace safety actions, regulations, and best practices.
