The Senior Cybersecurity Architecture Manager is responsible for leading a team of solution architects and engineers. The architecture manager will be responsible for guiding and developing their team in their careers, as well as providing technical leadership. The architecture manager will define an overall vision and strategy for solution architecture within Global Cyber Security.
The architecture manager will also design and implement processes to ensure effective and efficient project engagements with other areas of the business and ensure projects are reviewed in light of McDonald’s security policies and standards.
This role requires a balance of technical and organizational competence, with the ability to lead a team and make strategic technical decisions.
This role will be a part of the Global Cyber Security function and Cyber Security Architecture and Engineering team. The person in this role will work with the Director of Cyber Security Architecture and Engineering.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Lead and mentor a team of cybersecurity professionals, fostering collaboration and using individual strengths.
- Develop and document advanced cybersecurity strategies aligned with industry standard processes and company goals.
- Collaborate with senior business leaders to ensure project teams have proper guidance on how to be secure.
- Continuously monitor and analyze emerging threats and trends, ensuring knowledge stays ahead of attackers.
- Contribute to planning for the cybersecurity department, managing risks and optimizing defense against evolving threats.

The expected salary range for this role is $149,260 - $190,310
