Benefits and Leave Specialist

JOB OVERVIEW

The People Operations Benefit & Leave Specialist position is an integral part of our People Operations team, led by Alisa Walker. This position can expect to Manage and Process requests for all types of employee leaves, Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local Leave Laws, and Administer Oregon Paid Family and Medical Leave through our third-party vendor in any given week. We are looking for motivated applicants who have Strong organizational and time management skills, Excellent communication, and ability to maintain confidentiality, with priority given to those with a background in HR Benefits and leave administration or a related field with specific knowledge of California, Oregon, Washington, and Idaho leave laws..

WAGE RANGE

$23.50 - $32.00 dependent on experience
