McDonalds Crew Member- Malta, NY 12020

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our dynamic team. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers with a smile and taking their food orders accurately
• Partnering with your fellow crew and managers to meet targeted goals during your shift
• Assist in food preparation and assembly in the kitchen
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food handling
• Uphold food safety protocols and guidelines
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the dining experience
• Utilize basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
• Support team members during peak hours to ensure efficient operations
• Effective time management to meet service demands
• Restaurant Cleanliness which will include the following but not limited to; washing and sanitizing dishes, cleaning equipment used during the day and putting it back together for the next day, sweeping and mopping, and detailed cleaning of workstation
• Ensure that items are well stocked for the next day

What we require:

• No previous experience.
• Must be over the age of 16 years. Must be over 18 (to work during school hours or close)
