Job Skills:
Rental of apartments and assist with off-site marketing, assist in the process of rental applications, verifying applications, assist in the collection of rents, deposits and application fees, ability to explain all paperwork to new residents at move-in and renewal, assist with renewals, maintain prospects and follow-up, assist in maintaining up-to-date and accurate reports, journals and ledgers, prepare and maintain resident files and general office files, maintain courteous communications with residents, applicants and future residents, assist in daily inspection and upkeep of models and overall property appearance, assist in initiating work orders and follow-through for completion, be knowledgeable and exercise Fair Housing procedures.
Requirements:
Maintain a professional appearance, team player, proficient computer skills, ability to read and write English, must be willing to work on Saturdays, ability to move about the apartment community to show rental property both upstairs and ground level, valid driver license.

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
