Farmington Assisted Living of McDowell Management is seeking a night aid/housekeeping staff. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented aid to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Clean and sanitize all common areas of the facility, including bathrroms, coomunity areas, and resident spaces.
- Assist clients with ADL's as needed.
- Assist in preparing breakfast items for the following days breakfast.
- Perform laundry duties, including washing, drying, and hanging clothes.
- Maintain the cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas, including cooking and serving meals as needed.
- Provide exceptional care to our clients, always remembering, we are in their home.
- Follow established DMH and DHSS rules.
- Identify and report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.
Experience:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is required.
- Experience working in a residential setting is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization.
Schedule is a set schedule of 12 hour shift, every other weekend. 4-12 hour shifts are worked one, and 3-12 hours shifts are worked the next week.
