What are the responsibilities and job description for the L1MA position at McDowell Management Group?
McDowell Management is seeking a night shift L1MA with every other weekend requirement. Shifts are 11p-7a Tues, Wed, and Thurs and every other Saturday 6am-6pm. Hours are split between two different facilities. Duties include
- Provide compassionate care and assistance to our residential clients.
- Support individuals with their daily activities.
- Become proficient in QuickMar
- Demonstrate proficiency in medical terminology.
- Administer medications following prescribed guidelines.
- Preparing meals for clients by following a menu
- Light cleaning of facility
```Qualifications```
- L1MA license is preferred but will train the appropriate candidate.
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred but will aid in obtaining for the appropriate candidate
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology.
- Competence in medication administration protocols.
- Care giver experience is a plus
