LITIGATION
McElroy Deutsch is seeking an associate attorney to join our litigation practice. This position offers an excellent opportunity for hands-on experience in catastrophic injury cases. Connecticut bar admission required; Massachusetts and/or Rhode Island admission strongly preferred. Salary range for this position: $122,000 to $135,000.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial litigation and/or insurance defense
- Ability to interview witnesses, identify and engage experts, draft motions and pleadings, and assist with and/or take and defend depositions
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills
- Ability to manage complex cases and work collaboratively in a team environment
