Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot & Repair: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to keep equipment running at peak performance.
- Preventative Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance on production equipment, including mills, lathes, grinders, and more.
- Calibration & Alignment: Ensure machines are properly calibrated and aligned to maintain accuracy and optimal performance.
- Part Replacement: Identify worn-out or faulty parts and replace them promptly to keep machines in top shape.
- Operate Equipment Safely: Use motorized equipment, such as scissor lifts and forklifts, to support maintenance tasks.
- Team Support: Collaborate with fellow technicians to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure production runs smoothly, safely, and on time.
What We’re Looking For:
- Skills & Experience: Previous experience in machine maintenance is a plus, but we’re also open to individuals with strong mechanical and electrical skills who are ready to learn and grow with us.
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems, as well as the ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.

Physical Job Requirements
- Generally 95% of the normal work shift requires standing bending, squatting, and climbing while working on machines. Mobility required between multi-building complex covering several acres.
- Corrected levels of vision and hearing are essential, so that problems, or emergencies, can be detected quickly, and the information conveyed to department employees.
- Climbing onto, or into, machines, ladders, scaffolds, and service lifts, to reach machines, equipment, or different parts of the facility is required on a regular basis. Working at heights of 20 to 40 feet is needed on an occasional basis.
- Lifting of parts, weighting up to 50 pounds, from floor level, and carrying them 10 to 15 feet may be required. Lifting devices should be used when possible. The job area requires moving of material and parts weighing up to 70 pounds. Parts must be lifted, pulled, pushed, and held in place, without benefit of material handling devices due to limited space and confined areas in and around machines.
