About the Role:
We are currently seeking a Project Controls Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing professional and efficient support to our team daily for our transportation infrastructure projects, including at Newark International Airport. The Project Controls Assistant will be instrumental in coordinating with others in a fast-paced environment supporting the timely and cost-effective project delivery. This role could also be responsible for other tasks as required by the MCFA Project Controls Director. This role is located at Newark Airport and will be required to be on-site 5 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:
Data entry.
Scan, compile, file, track, and obtain approval signatures on documents.
Ensure required forms are completed properly and timely by users for processing.
Support the Port Authority (PA) coordinator with on boarding and off boarding of staff.
Maintain and report on office supply inventory.
Support and assist in other administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
Required:
Education: High school diploma.
Experience: Minimum two (2) years of professional experience as administrative personnel.
Skills: Microsoft Office Suite WORD, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication as well as organizational skills.
Team Player: Able to work cross functionally as part of a large team.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to manage multiple project assignments.
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred:
Understanding of the general administrative needs of a large organization/department.
Annual Paid Time Off:
- Sick Leave: 5 Days (40 Hours)
