McFarland Clinic is currently accepting application for Document Imaging Clerk for its Ames office. Candidates should be service-oriented, a team player, and be able to provide extraordinary care, every day to our patients.
Responsibilities include:
Barcodes and scans documents into the electronic document management system according to established procedure. Responsible for correcting scanned misfiles or mislabeled information within our Electronic Medical Record. Maintains scanning equipment to assure quality of scanned documents and maximize performance of scanning equipment in accordance with McFarland Clinic’s Core Values and Promise.
Education
- High School Diploma, GED or HiSET
Days: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
Hours: Mon & Tues 8 AM - 5 PM. Wednesday 8 AM - Noon
Experience
- Minimum two years experience in Medical Records or similar experience.
Pre-employment drug screen and criminal history background checks are a condition of hire.
