McFarland Clinic is currently accepting applications for Receptionist/Patient Registration Rep for its Carroll office. Candidates should be service-oriented, a team player, and be able to provide extraordinary care, every day to our patients.
Responsibilities include: Greets and signs in/checks in patients, verifies and updated necessary information. Fully registers patients as required by Clinic protocol. Receives payments from patients and issues receipts. Identifies special insurance products during patient check in. Answer phone calls and schedule patient visits.
Education
- High School Diploma, GED or HiSet
Days: Monday - Friday
Hours: Monday: 8 AM - 5 PM, Tuesday: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Wed: 8 AM - 5 PM, Thurs: 8 AM - 5:30 PM & Fri: 8 AM - 4PM
Experience
- Prefer one year work experience, preferably in a medical office setting.
