McFarland Clinic is currently accepting applications for Receptionist/Patient Registration Rep for its Boone office. Candidates should be service-oriented, a team player, and be able to provide extraordinary care, every day to our patients.
Responsibilities include: Greets and signs in/checks in patients, verifies and updated necessary information. Fully registers patients as required by Clinic protocol. Receives payments from patients and issues receipts. Performs online receipting, cash drawer transaction and cash drawer balancing daily. Answering phone calls and taking appropriate action. Clean exam rooms in between patients. Ancillary testing and documenting patient information.
Education
- High School Diploma, GED or HiSet
Days: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday
Hours: 8:00 AM - Noon & 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Experience
- Prefer one year work experience, preferably in a medical office setting.
