Description
McFarland Clinic is currently accepting applications for Accounts Payable Clerk for its Ames office. Candidates should be service-oriented, a team player, and be able to provide extraordinary care, every day to our patients.
Responsibilities include: Entering data from invoices into the system for payment, preparing checks to be mailed, matching checks with invoices and scanning into document scanning software and providing general clerical support to the Accounting Department.
Education
Hours: Mon-Wed 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM. Thurs 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

- High School Diploma, GED or HiSET
Hours: Mon-Wed 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM. Thurs 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Experience
- Minimum of one year of computer experience or education.
