What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chiropractic Assistant position at McFarland Spine and Sport?
DUTIES:
We are an extremely busy doctor's office. Multitasking, being fast paced, and customer service skills are a MUST.
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient visits
- Provide excellent patient service and ensure their comfort during treatments
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient records
- Educate patients on proper posture, ergonomics, and exercises for rehabilitation
- Apply therapeutic modalities as directed by the chiropractor
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic -Reminder calls
-Paperwork duties
- Placing orders for the office and doing office inventory.
- Opening and closing the office at the beginning and end of each business day.
-Answering phone calls and making outgoing phone calls.
-Time management required
-Organization skills
-Front desk duties when needed
-Providing chiropractic support for the doctor
EXPERIENCE
- Previous customer service experience required
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology preferred
- Outgoing and positive attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Phone skills required
-Time management skills required
-Multitasking skills required
