Duties
- Supervise daily operations on the job site, ensuring all tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
- Manage project schedules and coordinate with subcontractors to meet deadlines.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
- Read and interpret blueprints to guide construction activities effectively.
- Assist in budgeting processes, monitoring expenses, and ensuring projects remain within financial constraints.
- Train and mentor team members in best practices for construction techniques and safety protocols.
- Perform equipment checks using tools such as an Ohmmeter to ensure operational efficiency.
Skills
- Strong understanding of contract management principles.
- Strong understanding of use of level instruments.
- Ability to effeciently communicate the process to your crew members.
- Excellent project scheduling capabilities with a focus on timely delivery.
- Ability to read blueprints accurately and implement plans effectively.
