Duties & Responsibilities:
">- Create, develop, and close new/used sales within assigned territory, achieving 100% of established goals and prospecting new customers.
- Exceed sales targets by improving current strategies.
- Become an expert in products and services offered, staying up-to-date on the latest features and technologies.
- Meet with customers to promote new and used products, addressing their specific needs and concerns.
- Represent McFarlanes at trade association shows to showcase products and build brand awareness.
- Analyze and evaluate the activities and products of our competition to stay ahead in the market.
- Communicate technical information, product issues, competitive intelligence, product/support requirements, credit information, and customer concerns to relevant departments, following company procedures.
- Inspect trade-in equipment, establish fair values, and identify profitable remarketing opportunities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Achieve regular attendance and maintain a strong work ethic.
Education, Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:
">- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong knowledge of power and farm equipment, including its applications and benefits.
- Proven sales track record demonstrating ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Prior experience working with equipment financing products and processes is a plus.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated individual with ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Ability to persuade customers while providing exceptional service and driving business results.
- Proficient computer skills, including software applications and data analysis tools.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Valid driver's license with insurability.
Physical Demands and Safety Requirements:
