Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Tech to join our team. The successful candidate will participate in various activities related to small engine service, striving to produce quality repairs with minimal delay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics and repairs on agricultural and turf equipment.
- Participate in Service Training programs required.
- Maintain current knowledge of McFarlane vendor equipment and products.
- Maintain the condition of vehicles, inventory, tools, and equipment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Holds a high school diploma or equivalent. Technical degree preferred.
- Has minimum one year relevant small engine repair experience, preferred.
- Ability to perform basic repairs and required maintenance using special tools and equipment.
- Proficient knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems used in the repair of agricultural and turf equipment, preferred.
- Current Driver's License with clean driving record.
