**Job Summary**: We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at McFarlane's. The successful candidate will be responsible for loading and unloading structural steel parts and deliveries, as well as moving them to and from various work, receiving or storage areas.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Loading and unloading structural steel inventory and finished product
- Moving/maintaining inventory and finished product around the yard and throughout the facility
- Stacking and storing steel inventory
- Ensuring loads are secure throughout handling and movement
- Performing other related work as required
**Requirements:**
- High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
- Forklift certified or ability to become certified
- Proficient math skills
- Valid driver's license (Fork truck requirement)
- Responsible attitude
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to perform all operations within acceptable time standards; working efficiently, yet safely, as necessary
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to solve practical problems
- Ability to work overtime, as needed
