## Duties
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and markets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Enhancement sales
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
## Requirements
- Proven experience in sales management in the Landscape industry
- NYS Pesticide 3A Certification
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance, groundskeeping, tree care, irrigation systems, and garden services is a plus
- Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
