Job Description
The Senior Landscape Designer will direct all aspects of design, construction documentation, project estimating and project coordination. Additionally, this position will be required to interact with clients, project presentations and sales.
Requirements
· - Proficient in Microsoft Office products, AutoCAD
· - Knowledge of residential maintenance methods
· - Familiarity of regional plant material and horticultural practices
· - Ability to respectfully and clearly communicate with clients, co-workers and contractors
· - Highly organized, self-motivated and ability to multi-task
· - A general love and obsession with the profession
Education and Experience
o - Bachelors of Landscape Architecture or similar. (Be prepared to provide portfolio)
o - 5 years of professional experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
