Responsibilities :
- Oversees training, development and management of crew team to ensure proper completion of duties
- Responsible for quality, coordination, and operation of diverse crew team
- Provides training and technical assistance in specific project areas
- Tracks crew team members’ attendance, evaluates performance and records progress
- Prepares supplies, equipment, and purchases materials as needed
- Responsible for workflow, record keeping on machinery, tools, and vehicle maintenance
- Responsible for completing daily / weekly reports of jobs or tasks and providing to Grounds Director
- Professional and courteous manner; ability to work harmoniously with crew team members, clients, and general public
- Adhere to all safety procedures; monitors safety performance of crew team members
