Key Responsibilities
- Serving as the primary contact for assigned landscape maintenance clients and ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
- Presenting enhancement opportunities and maintaining operational quality standards.
- Collaborating with crews to manage and oversee properties and operations.
- Leading contract renewals and new contract sales, including snow and maintenance services.
- Identifying service improvements through regular property inspections.
- Exceeding annual sales goals through upsells and enhancements.
- Participating in office meetings and ongoing strategy sessions.
The ideal candidate will have 2 years of field/account management experience, a strong background in landscape maintenance and snow services, and familiarity with Aspire Software preferred.
