Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records including estimates, customer invoices, material invoices, payments, expenses, and monthly reconcilliation.
Construction Bookeeper Responsibilites
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare financial reports and summaries
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks Online for bookkeeping tasks
- Apply technical accounting principles following GAAP standards
- Handle corporate accounting tasks efficiently
- Perform double-entry bookkeeping to maintain accurate financial records
Construction Bookeeper Skills
- Proficient in accounts payable and receivable processes
- Proficient in weekly certifed payroll reporting
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficient with QuickBooks Online accounting software
- Understanding of technical accounting procedures
- Ability to apply GAAP standards in financial reporting
- Competence in corporate accounting functions
- Proficiency in double-entry bookkeeping techniques
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
