What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Assistant position at McGaughey Health Group?
McGaughey Health Group is a holistic practice with a focus on functional, structural and metabolic health. We are seeking a new addition to our team. Our ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude, is self-motivated, collaborative, thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, and who enjoys helping others. This position will have a variety of responsibilities that requires excellent organizational skills. Some duties include: greeting patients, coordinating services and patient/doctor traffic flow, maintaining excellent patient records and files, creating in visit notes, learning to do soft tissue work, demonstrating exercises, etc. Training will also be provided for some therapies.
Our office hours are 8:30 to 5pm Monday and Wednesday, 8:30 to 1pm Tuesday, Thursday, and Fri. We are looking to hire part time, ideally 8:30am-1pm Tuesday-Friday. Compensation $17-$20 depending on experience.
