McGee Air Services is looking for a HR Team Member Service Center Specialist to join our SEA team! Are you hard working, dedicated, and looking to make an impact on our organization devoted to becoming an Employer of Choice?

Hiring Target: $23-$27.00 per hour.


The Service Center Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional support to employees, addressing inquiries related to company policies, benefits, and payroll. This role involves efficiently resolving issues, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a positive employee experience. Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position.

Shift Info: Our operational teams work around the clock 365 days per year. Shifts will vary based off specific roles, we work hard and play hard too. Our team members adapt to celebrating Holiday's or Events on different days to ensure a strong operational performance.

  • Provide exceptional service by addressing employee inquiries related to HR policies and processes.
  • Triage and respond to employee inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels.
  • Provide accurate information on topics such as leave policies, time-off requests, and other HR questions.
  • Manage and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience and timely resolution.
  • Process HR transactions accurately, including data entry, documentation, and maintaining employee records.
  • Collaborate with HR partners to escalate and resolve complex cases, ensuring an elevated level of service delivery.
  • Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and industry trends to provide accurate information.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall service delivery.
  • Effectively track progress of requests to ensure solutions and resolutions are delivered.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to address common concerns and share insights for process improvement.
  • Analyze trends in employee inquiries and support HR Operations to identify areas for training & development.
  • Ensure a positive employee experience by actively listening to concerns and providing empathetic support.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Travel required up to 20% of the time.

Must haves to join our team:

  • Obtain and maintain an airport security clearance, customs seal, and/or USPS security clearance including background criminal history check, drug screen, and fingerprinting is required.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. or disclose their compensation or the compensation of other employees or applicants are also protected by law.
  • A valid driver's license with a good driving record is always required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and one of the following documents in order to obtain a Port Badge and US Customs Security clearance.
    • Original or certified copy of a birth certificate
    • Unexpired US Passport
    • Permanent Resident Card
    • Unexpired US Territory Passport and I-94
  • Airport SIDA Badge Requirements Important update for non-crew employees working at an airport or maintenance hangar: Employees will be required to obtain a SIDA badge provided by the airport authority and maintain good standing in order to keep their SIDA badge. Review the SIDA Badge Requirements document for a comprehensive overview.

We'd love if you have some of these....

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in an HR role.
  • Proven experience in HR or a related customer service role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and procedures.
  • Detail oriented with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS and MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work varied shifts; weekends and holidays, we like to celebrate and have fun with our family and friends, we simply adjust when we do these things and don't mind doing so.
  • Obtain and maintain an airport security clearance, and US customs seal including background criminal history check, drug screen, and fingerprinting is required.

The full hourly range for this position is expected to be $22.46-$31.45 per hour.
