Job Responsibilities
· Assist customers in identifying and sourcing the correct automotive parts.
· Provide expert advice on parts and accessories for different vehicles.
· Process parts orders via phone, in-person, and online requests.
· Maintain inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
· Order and track special parts from suppliers as required.
· Handle returns and exchanges of parts and ensure accurate documentation.
· Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely delivery of required parts for repair jobs.
· Keep up-to-date with new automotive parts and accessories in the market.
· Provide quotes for parts and labor to customers.
Pay Range. Bonus? Commission? Draw? Etc.
$60000 - $80000 (all pay components included)

Required Experience
· High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
· Prior experience in automotive parts sales or customer service is preferred.
· Strong knowledge of automotive parts, systems, and tools.
· Excellent customer service and communication skills.
· Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficient with inventory management software and Microsoft Office.
· Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
· A valid driver’s license is required.
