Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the parts department, including inventory control, ordering, and stocking.
- Supervise and lead a team of parts associates to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of parts inventory and sales transactions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and competitive pricing.
- Assist customers in identifying and sourcing automotive parts.
- Monitor and report on department performance, including sales targets and profitability.
- Ensure all parts meet quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with other departments (service, sales, etc.) to ensure smooth workflow and availability of parts.
- Develop strategies to improve parts department efficiency and profitability.
Pay Range.
$60,000-$80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and including all pay components

Required Experience
- Proven experience as an Automotive Parts Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts, systems, and inventory management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Proficiency in using parts management software and MS Office.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in Automotive Technology or related field preferred).
- Ability to lift and carry heavy automotive parts.
- Valid driver’s license.
