Responsibilities
- Process incoming IRS notices to clients.
- Prepare correspondence in response to IRS notices received.
- Prepare memorandums to management and team members regarding IRS notices received.
Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative role or as a clerk is preferred.
- Familiarity with legal or tax workflows is a plus but not required.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in calendar management and MS Office/Word software.
- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in written communication.
