Accounting Clerk
$19 - $23/hour Based on Experience
McGee Toyota of Claremont is a great place to have a rewarding career! We are in a period of extreme growth and seeking a full-time Accounting Clerk to work Monday – Friday, for 40 hours/week. This position will specialize in accounts payable, post deals to the GL, stock in inventory and complete general clerical duties in our busy dealership.

Responsibilities of position include:
- Handle all aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Input invoices
- Enter vendor payments and keep proper records of payments
- Post vehicle deals to the GL
- Pull reports
- Record journal entries for AP
- Daily deposit
- Select account monthly reconciliations
- Select controlled account schedule upkeep
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements of Accounting Clerk:
- Must have Bachelor of Science in business, finance, or accounting OR
- At least 1 year of related experience, or Associate's degree in Business and 3 years’ experience required
- Must be proficient in Microsoft, especially Excel, Word, and Power point
- Automotive background a plus
- Extremely efficient time management skills
- High degree of confidentiality and attention to detail
- Ability to work as team player is a must
