The Role- Operates a variety of heavy equipment such as front-end loaders, excavators, grinders, and/or screeners.
- Transports material to and from storage or processing areas to feed conveyors, hoppers, or chutes and to load trucks or move to desired locations.
Responsibilities:
- Ensures efficient use of resources and minimizes waste.
- Develops and implements strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Participates in cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Provides input on process improvements and recommendations.
- Maintains accurate records of work completed and issues encountered.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license and ability to obtain CDL within 6 months.
- Ability to pass physical examination and meet requirements of job demands.
