We are currently seeking a Plant / Site Manager for our new facility in New Hill, NC. This position is a vital role for a growing facility.
Top accountabilities and overall objectives :
- Schedule daily plant operations to meet daily objectives.
- Supervise production employees.
- Oversee maintenance and servicing of equipment.
- Administers company environmental, health and safety policies.
- Ensures and maintains compliance with all regulatory agencies and permits.
- Maintains control of expenses and P&L responsibility of site.
- Ensures quality product is produced and delivered on-time to customers.
- Builds and maintains customer, contractor, vendor and public relations.
- Hire, train, supervise, and develop production employees.
