ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking highly analytical, assertive, and proactive Associate Attorneys to join our Omaha and Lincoln teams. This role requires a unique blend of structured precision and independent initiative, making it ideal for an attorney who thrives in both methodical case management and fast-moving litigation.

In This Role, You Will:

· Independently manage cases from intake to resolution while ensuring accuracy and compliance with Nebraska law.

· Develop strategic legal approaches for family law litigation, probate, and estate planning cases.

· Navigate shifting priorities and high-pressure situations, responding quickly and effectively to changing case demands.

· Engage in high-level problem-solving, demonstrating precision and decisiveness in legal strategy.

· Build strong client relationships and develop a personal referral network to grow your practice.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

· An active status with the Nebraska State Bar.

· Proficiency with Nebraska standards for family law, estate planning, and probate.

· Strong analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to work independently and under pressure.

· High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in legal filings and case management.

· Direct and straightforward communication style—you get to the point and get things done.

· Assertiveness and initiative—you take charge, prioritize effectively, and drive cases forward.

· Resilience and adaptability in a fast-moving, high-stakes legal environment.
