Key Responsibilities
- Meeting with clients to discuss their estate planning needs, questions, and concerns;
- Drafting, reviewing, and analyzing estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney;
- Representing clients through the probate and estate administration process, including drafting documents and appearing in probate court;
- Advising clients on transfer tax implications and developing strategies to minimize tax liabilities; and
- Preparing explanatory memos for clients on estate planning concepts.
