Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery.
- Attending depositions and court appearances.
- Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in legal matters.
- Collaborating with colleagues on case strategy and management.
- Conducting legal research and analysis.
- Assisting in the preparation of cases for trial.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey.
- 1 to 5 years of experience.
- Previous Civil Defense Litigation experience preferred.
- Superior analytical skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
