TALENT ACQUISITION SOURCING SPECIALIST (CONTRACT, FULL-TIME)
The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist will participate in executing McGough's recruitment and hiring processes, strategies, and goals. Key responsibilities include :
- Sourcing candidates for upcoming and open positions
Successfully coordinates the hiring process to ensure consistency and efficiency
Supports and works with the Talent Acquisition (TA) team and Hiring Managers to build and execute the company's workforce pipeline strategiesEnsure a strong candidate experience from first contactQualifications : Required :
1-3 years of related experience with an emphasis in technical sourcing or recruitingExperience with full life cycle recruiting processStrong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft 365 applicationsExperience with applicant tracking systems, LI Recruiter, job boards and social media platformsProven interpersonal, organizational, written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated ability to apply critical thinking skills and problem solveKnowledge of creative and innovative sourcing techniquesCapacity to coordinate multiple tasks and recruit for multiple positions to meet deadlinesTalent to establish rapport and effectively advise all levels within the organizationAbility to work with confidential data and maintain privacyAbility to professionally voice concerns and effectively deal with conflictPositive can do attitude and continual learnerPreferred :

Office / Travel : This position offers a hybrid or remote work flexibility. Occasional travel to visit headquarters for in-person meetings.

Responsibilities and Tasks :
Candidate / talent pool communications, branding and employment
Works with the Talent Acquisition and Marketing teams to proactively communicate culture, values and job opportunities using a variety of social media outlets, in-house platforms, job boards, etc.Candidate sourcing and screening
Utilizes advanced recruitment and sales skills while continuously innovating with new ideas to attract talentUses both traditional and non-traditional resources and a network of established contacts to identify and attract talent, find potential candidates, screen them, and recommend most qualified optionsHelps to identify what resources should be used to attract passive and active candidates in the construction industryBuilds applicant sources by researching community organizations, higher education establishments, search firms, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefitsDevelops and maintains a network of professional candidates to be sourced via online talent communityDevelop and implement candidate sourcing that encourage and supports diversity and inclusionConducts initial conversations, make recommendations to the hiring manager and coordinate interviews with hiring manager and interview team as neededManages candidate information
Via reporting and communications in applicant tracking system, LI Recruiter, job boards and social media platforms, etc.Continuously improves processes
Identifies and helps lead initiatives that drive hiring efficiencies and improvements to our recruitment effortsTracks and maintains all recruiting metrics including, but not limited to, interviews per hire, cost per hire, performance of new hires, turnover rate for company and departments, as well as onboarding feedbackProvide additional recruiting support during peak hiring periods or when workload demands
