McGovern Hyundai Brockton is hiring an Automotive Service Advisor!
We offer detailed training, defined processes to aid in every team member success, time off for all major holiday and comprehensive pay plan structures that other Dealers won't compete with.
What our Service Advisors do -
- Works with customer and technicians to identify required maintenance
- Advises customers on necessary and recommended services
- Computes cost of replacement parts and labor to restore vehicle to condition specified by customer
- Estimates cost of mechanical, electrical, or other repairs
- Enters itemized estimate on service order and explains estimate to customers
