We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Center Sales Representative to join our team at Mercedes of Little Silver in New Jersey.
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing incoming internet and phone inquiries, as well as proactively pursuing additional customer leads.
You will work closely with our sales consultants to provide qualified leads and detailed information on customer requirements, ensuring that we meet our monthly targets and goals.
We are looking for a self-starter who is confident, positive, and has a high-energy presence. You should have excellent customer relationship skills, strong communication skills, and a team-oriented approach.
The ideal candidate will have prior customer relations or BDC experience, as well as at least one year of internet sales experience in an automotive setting. A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required, along with a valid driver's license and the ability to pass background and drug screenings.
