Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Utilize medical scheduling software such as Fuse and Weave for record management and patient communication.
- Assist in the collection of payments and manage billing inquiries.
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment plans and office policies.
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow and high-quality care.
- Stay updated on medical terminology, ICD-9 codes, and other relevant information to support clinical staff.
Requirements
