What You’ll Do
Provide high-quality service and repairs to keep customers riding smoothly
Complete repairs efficiently while improving speed and accuracy
Diagnose, service, and customize motorcycles to factory specifications
Work closely with Service Writers/Managers to ensure smooth workflow
Identify additional work needed and communicate with the team to keep customers informed
Minimize rework and deliver top-notch results the first time
Collaborate with all departments to create the ultimate customer experience
What We’re Looking For
️ Bike enthusiast with a passion for motorcycles
Basic computer skills to navigate service systems
Ability to lift 50 lbs. and maneuver 500 lb. motorcycles
Energetic and positive attitude with top-tier customer service skills
️ Must own basic tools required for motorcycle diagnostics and service
