What You’ll Do:
- Lead & Motivate the Team – Drive our company vision and mission while building strong relationships with your team and upper management.
- Recruit, Hire & Train – Attract top sales talent, develop them, and ensure excellent staffing levels.
- Drive Sales & Customer Experience – Execute a proven sales process to deliver a premium customer experience.
