The perfect candidate has had at least two years previous experience in a collision center.

Job Duties Include:
- Surface Preparation: Clean and sand vehicle surfaces to remove rust, dents, and old paint, ensuring a smooth base for painting.
- Masking and Taping: Properly mask off areas that should not be painted, using tape and protective coverings to ensure clean lines and prevent overspray.
- Primer Application: Mix and apply primer to vehicles, ensuring uniform coverage and proper adhesion for topcoat application.
- Collaboration: Work closely with painters and other team members to understand specific project requirements and timelines.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and environmental regulations.
Qualifications Needed:
- Previous experience in automotive body prep or related field preferred.
- Familiarity with automotive painting processes and materials.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively.
